Select a requested size, one of three color samples, and a wording template. The sizes are custom quotation requests, not claims of stocked inventory. White, charcoal and silver-gray describe artwork colors, not a guarantee of a particular substrate or metal finish.
Requested sizes: 15.5 x 20.5 in, 12 x 18 in, 18 x 24 in. Wording templates: MORGUE DIRECTORY, FORENSIC SERVICES, CUSTOM DIRECTORY. Enter exact text, room numbers, directory lines and directional instructions in the item notes. Request a custom size there if needed.
Original artwork and final proof
Gallery images are original flat artwork proofs, not photographs of a manufactured sign. Final dimensions, material, thickness, mounting method, color match and fabrication must be confirmed in the written quote. No copied hospital room names or third-party sign artwork is supplied.
