Loading height notice: confirm before ordering

The HD 1000 MAX G1 (Model 1030-SLL) is not a low-profile lift. Its lowest deck height is above the bottom tier of most mortuary racks, cantilever racks and vault cooler bays, so it does not meet the minimum loading height for most of our storage products. The TITAN 1030-LPL Low-Profile Lift (13″ lowest deck) is the only AME lift built to reach bottom-tier positions. Measure every height you need to reach before you order. American Mortuary Equipment is not responsible for lift selection or ordering errors; see the Returns & Cancellations Policy (RC-1.0) and Terms of Purchase (TC-1.7).

Current lift caster specification

The specified AME caster assembly uses four hard molded polyurethane wheels, not rubber: two swivel and two fixed/non-swivel, rated at 800 lb per caster, with a 4 × 4½-inch top-plate fastening size. An individual caster rating does not increase the equipment’s approved load rating or authorize movement while loaded.

Powder-coat color and other cosmetic details may differ from photographs as products and component selections improve. If a particular finish, material or functional configuration is essential, obtain written confirmation before ordering. Powered transfer equipment

G1 powered lifting with a multi-directional transfer top

Bring the supported load to the required transfer height with powered hydraulic lifting and up/down controls. The ball-transfer top allows supported tray positioning for side or end loading when the receiving equipment, tray and retaining arrangements are compatible. It reduces the need to lift a tray between matched support surfaces; it does not remove the need for load control, training or a safe transfer plan.

The rated load is 1,000 lb, approximately 454 kg, with the load distributed as specified for the model. Frame, transfer surface and rail materials are separate specifications. For a stainless medical configuration, compare the USPE cadaver lift trolley.

Choose the G1 for the transfer heights it can reach

The G1 is not a low-profile lift. Confirm its configuration-specific minimum and maximum deck heights against every rack tier, cooler bay and work surface before ordering. A higher lifting capacity does not establish access to a lower tier or every five-tier rack.

Powered hydraulic operation replaces manual-crank elevation for the lift motion. Use the supplied charger and its stated input rating; do not assume a universal dual-voltage charger from another manufacturer's specifications.

Restraints, wheels and weighing are configuration details

Use the supplied side rails, locking pins and deck restraints as instructed for the selected lift. Locking swivel casters and fixed casters have different jobs; a fixed wheel is not a full-swivel caster. Roll only on a suitable route and follow the model's load and movement instructions.

These G1 and 1030-LPL listings offer a separate scale configuration. Select the actual variant to see its price; a scale is not included with the No Scale variant. This does not add a scale option to the manual H1000 lift.

Roller-equipped cadaver handling and storage

Plan the route from mortuary lift to roller storage rack and cooler as a coordinated equipment selection. Compatible rolling surfaces can let a supported tray move between components without being lifted clear of its support. That benefit depends on the selected equipment, not simply on both products having rollers.

Compare the actual rolling-surface heights, tray underside, usable width, roller or ball-transfer spacing, loading direction and retaining stops at both ends of the transfer. Positioning, brake use and the release or engagement of stops must follow each model's instructions. Keep the load supported throughout the transfer, and determine staffing from the task, load and facility procedure rather than assume one-person operation.

Choose a low-profile powered lift for the required lower transfer points, or review the G1 multi-directional lift and stainless medical lift trolley for other loading requirements. Match trays and boards individually; a board that fits one platform is not automatically approved for a rolling tray system.

Request a coordinated lift, roller-rack and tray quote with the lowest and highest transfer points, tray dimensions, loads and existing equipment drawings. This roller-transfer guidance does not describe a cantilever support-arm rack.
