Frequently asked questions
Can I select a left- or right-wing layout?
Add the required orientation to your quote. Confirm handedness against the room plan and approval drawing rather than relying on a photograph.
Are the planning dimensions confirmed specifications?
No. The sizing fields are project targets for review. Final USPE dimensions, elevation range, load rating and utility requirements must be confirmed in writing.
Are every pictured fitting and selected option included?
No. Photographs show a configuration, and option selections are requests. The accepted quote must list the base equipment, selected fittings and exclusions.
Does the table include a room exhaust system?
Do not assume so. Specify the intended procedure and have the facility team review equipment ventilation, ductwork and exhaust requirements.
Can this be quoted as a complete autopsy room?
Yes. Add carts, sinks, storage, grossing equipment and refrigeration to the equipment schedule, with the room plan and utility requirements.

Custom configurations and coordinated RFQs
Custom configurations are available across our equipment and rack lines. Request custom overall dimensions, tray widths, tier count or spacing, bay count, roller arrangement, casters or leveling feet, work surfaces, drainage, utilities and room integration as applicable. Your written quote and approved drawings define the build, materials, load rating and confirmed compatibility; selecting an option is not engineering approval.

Plan this equipment in the room
Medical examiner, coroner and hospital pathology projects often involve more than a table replacement. The examination position, sink-side working area, cart approach and storage route all affect the usable layout. An equipment RFQ should identify the individual models and the interfaces that need review, not describe an unverified collection of products as a complete engineered room.
Check before requesting the final configuration
- Examination workflow, number of stations and required operating positions.
- Left- or right-wing orientation, wall clearances and staff circulation.
- Model-specific electrical, water, drainage and ventilation connections.
- Cart approach, tray dimensions, transfer heights and rack access.

Compare this model in the autopsy workflow
Review both legs of the L-shaped footprint, sink-side working space and requested wing orientation. The room plan, written quote and approved drawing must establish the final dimensions, elevation range, supported load and included fittings.
Use the autopsy and mortuary table comparison to review actual models by layout and listed width. Coordinate supporting carts, storage racks and AMC vault cooler storage as separate equipment interfaces; being linked here does not establish compatible heights, fittings or supported loads.
For a multi-station project, continue with the forensic pathology equipment guide or emergency mortuary workflow. The accepted quote must identify the selected equipment, accessories, utility requirements and exclusions. Material names or drainage features alone are not infection-prevention or certification claims.
