Your written quote and approved drawings define the build, materials, load rating and confirmed compatibility; selecting an option is not engineering approval.

Fit approval is required, not implied by nominal width. The quotation must identify the exact tray outside dimensions, usable rack opening, rail/roller support spacing, tray stops and latch engagement, approved tray overhang, tier spacing, loaded transfer height, and per-tier and total rack ratings including tray weight. Confirm cooler doorway, aisle, turning and lift clearances on the approval drawing. A wider tray requires a correctly widened rack, not placement in a narrower standard rack. Rack photos illustrate the equipment format, not every selected width.
