Tray sizes to quote

Fit approval is required, not implied by nominal width. The quotation must identify the exact tray outside dimensions, usable rack opening, rail/roller support spacing, tray stops and latch engagement, approved tray overhang, tier spacing, loaded transfer height, and per-tier and total rack ratings including tray weight. Confirm cooler doorway, aisle, turning and lift clearances on the approval drawing. A wider tray requires a correctly widened rack, not placement in a narrower standard rack. Rack photos illustrate the equipment format, not every selected width.

Custom fabrication

Custom configurations are available across our equipment and rack lines. Request custom overall dimensions, tray widths, tier count or spacing, bay count, roller arrangement, casters or leveling feet, work surfaces, drainage, utilities and room integration as applicable. Your written quote and approved drawings define the build, materials, load rating and confirmed compatibility; selecting an option is not engineering approval.
