What is American Mortuary Coolers? American Mortuary Coolers is a family-owned Tennessee manufacturer of mortuary refrigeration and deathcare equipment, selling factory-direct to funeral homes, county morgues, hospitals, medical examiners, universities, and veterinary facilities in all 50 states since 2009. One company, one order, one invoice — across our brand family: American Mortuary Coolers (refrigeration), American Mortuary Equipment (cots, prep room, cremation support), U.S. Pathology Equipment (autopsy and lab stainless), and HALO monitoring.

How Buying Works — No Surprises

Purchase orders accepted. RFQs answered in 24 hours. Financing available. Government, hospital, and university buyers can request a W-9, insurance certificate, or written origin statement anytime at po@mymortuarycooler.com. Payment options and any card surcharge are disclosed before you pay — see the Payment & Financing Policy and Financing Disclosures.

Freight Transparency

Mortuary equipment ships by commercial freight, and we publish exactly how it works: checkout shipping is an estimate confirmed with you before your order ships (SC-1.0); commercial delivery with forklift or arranged liftgate (Carriers & Delivery Terms); and a clear inspect-before-you-sign damage procedure. Start with the Freight Delivery Guide.

Warranty, Fit & Returns — In Plain English

Warranty: 15-year structural panels, 1-year parts, manufacturer pass-through on refrigeration components (Warranty Policy). Fit: you are responsible for verifying dimensions, doorways, and site readiness before ordering — and we will help you do it free (free equipment consultation). Returns: all sales are final; refrigeration products are 100% non-returnable; any approved return carries a 25% restocking fee plus freight both ways (Returns & Cancellations). We publish this up front because clarity before purchase protects both sides.

Monitoring & Ongoing Protection

HALO monitoring adds 24/7 temperature and power awareness to your cooler with compliance-ready documentation — built by the same company that builds the cooler. Service terms are published at the HALO Service Disclaimer and Subscription Terms. Manufacturer tech support is a phone call away: Tech Support.

The Complete Policy Library

Every policy we operate under is published, versioned, and downloadable in the Forms & Documents Library and the Compliance Library in our footer — terms of purchase, freight, warranty, privacy, EPA §608 refrigerant rules, testimonials policy, and more. No fine print you can’t find.

Verify us, then call us.

Check our BBB profile, request a W-9, or ask for facility references — then let our team size your cooler, quote your freight, and support your RFQ.
