In-stock equipment — items in our In Stock collection typically ship within 1–3 business days. Built-to-order coolers and stations — production scheduling varies with configuration and material availability; your exact lead time is stated in writing on your quote and confirmed at order. Lead times on quotes are our real production commitments, not marketing numbers.
