Custom sink cabinets: what should I provide?

Send the unit model and quantity, required width/depth/height, installation location, cabinet material, color tier and code, hardware and top profile. For sink or acid-storage projects, identify service interfaces and chemicals for compatibility review. Project requests do not establish chemical-storage, ADA, cleanroom or other certification.

Configuration

Choose the door style, requested width, depth/height profile and outer-body material. Worktop, basin/cutout, faucet, removable back, plumbing-access bottom, hinges, pulls and locks are coordinated separately. Worktop, sink, faucet, drain and piping are excluded unless itemized; a sink in the concept illustrates use, not included equipment.

Specification and installation review

All dimensional selections are RFQ planning targets, not released USPE production dimensions. Final drawings must confirm tolerances, stainless grade/gauge, installed height, supports, access, hardware and loads. A 32-inch height request alone does not establish ADA compliance. No NSF/UL/SEFA certification, USA origin, chemical-storage approval or tested load capacity is implied.
