- Custom footprints quoted to your room drawing
- Door on the corner or off-center of either wall, at no charge
- Right- or left-hand swing, at no charge

Floor, Door and Interior
- Floorless with U-shaped floor screeds, or insulated floor
- 36″ or 48″ external diamond plate ramp
- Diamond plate on the lower door
- Lockable door handle and interior safety release
- Built-in 110V door heater to prevent condensation
Refrigeration
- Standard two-piece system sized to the box, included

What Goes Into a Facility Quote
Building and Site
- Room length, width and clear ceiling height
- Door, hallway and dock clearances on the delivery path
- Slab condition, floor level and whether the room sits above another space
- Where the condensing unit will sit and the hottest ambient it will see
- Electrical service available near the box
Capacity and Purchasing
- Standard and bariatric body count to hold
- Cooler (34–40°F) or freezer for long-term holding
- Rack and tray style, loading direction and lift access
- Purchase order, formal bid, grant or financing
- W-9, tax-exempt certificate and submittal packet needs
Installation Paths
- Assisted panel installation. Where offered, a courtesy built into the shipping charge, not a separate line item. Panels are set and the compressor is placed with your personnel assisting. Setting and programming the compressor are the customer's responsibility. AP-1.0
- Turnkey installation, walk-ins only. A billed line item quoted per project: site review, panel installation, electrical, mechanical and startup, completed in sequence by local contractors, state-licensed electricians and licensed mechanical installers. TK-1.0
- Customer-arranged installation. Your contractor installs using the panel assembly instructions included with every box.
