What we do — and don't do — with your information

American Mortuary Coolers & Equipment does not sell your personal information for money. Like most commercial websites, we use analytics and advertising cookies (for example, Google Analytics and ad platforms) that may count as "sharing" personal information under the CCPA's broad definition. You can opt out of that sharing using the methods below.

How to opt out

Choose any of the following — each works, none requires an account: email Service@mymortuarycooler.com with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out"; call 1-888-792-9315 and tell us you're making a CCPA opt-out request; or use your browser's cookie controls and our on-site cookie preferences (where shown) to reject analytics and advertising cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser.

Your other California rights

You also have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion, the right to request correction, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. To make any of these requests, use the same email or phone number above. We will verify your identity using the information you provide (typically name, email, and order details if applicable) and respond within 45 days as the statute requires. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission from you.
