American Mortuary Coolers believes in complete transparency. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By purchasing from American Mortuary Coolers, you agree to adhere to every term below.

All Sales Are Final

All coolers, racks, lifts, and other products are non-returnable — no exceptions. Once you accept your product, you have accepted it.

If You Have an Issue

If you experience any issue with your product, we will do everything we can to remedy it. We are not responsible for any downtime and/or loss incurred from a non-functioning unit.

Chargebacks

Any chargeback initiated through a card payment will result in legal action from American Mortuary Coolers, with venue in the Washington County, Tennessee General Sessions Court.

Restocking & Shipping Fees (When a Return Is Approved)

In some cases, if we do initiate or approve a return, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from any paid total, plus all original shipping charges — both coming and going. The customer is fully responsible for these fees.
