The TITAN Extreme Cot Pouch XL is a commercial-grade first call pouch and mortuary cot pouch built from 18 oz plush vinyl with reinforced double-stitched seams, made for daily first-call use by funeral homes, removal services, coroners and medical examiners. The XL pouch is 1,000 lb rated and sized for the TITAN 1200XL and PRO XL bariatric cots and comparable oversized models; the 500 lb Standard pouch covers the TITAN 500E, 500T, PRO S 650 and most standard-width removal cots.

Why one pouch fits multiple cots

Mortuary cots from every major manufacturer fall into two width classes: standard models at about 20–23 inches and oversized or bariatric models at about 24–25 inches. The TITAN Extreme Standard and XL pouches are cut to those two classes, not to a single brand, so a removal service running a mixed fleet can standardize on one pouch and one reorder.

First call pouch or slip-over cot cover?

A first call pouch has a full bottom and zips closed around the cot, so it encloses the deceased on all four sides. A slip-over first call cover, such as the Ferno® Model 320 or 321, has no bottom and covers only three sides. The TITAN Extreme is a full pouch; for slip-over styling, see the TITAN Pro cot covers.
