How the Roll-In Design Works

This unit has no floor panel. The panels assemble around an open floor area, so your facility's own concrete or sealed floor becomes the cooler floor. A mortuary cot or dressing table rolls directly through the 30-inch door opening onto the floor inside the unit — no lift, no transfer, no overhead loading for the lower position.

The included removable top roller shelf provides a second storage position above cot level for tray-based storage. It's customer-installed using the provided components (not factory pre-installed) and can be removed entirely to convert the unit to open single-position cot storage.

Ships Unassembled — No Forklift Required

One of the most operationally important specs on this product — and the one most often overlooked until delivery day.

Because the unit ships as individual panels with no assembled floor structure, delivery does not require a forklift. The carrier uses standard liftgate service to lower panels to ground level. Any facility can receive it — including those with no loading dock and no forklift on site. Assembled coolers (including some competing models) explicitly require a forklift for offloading; this unit eliminates that by design.
