How do I select the correct configuration?

Embroidery terms, where offered

Where embroidery is offered and selected, personalization includes the name only, embroidered in two locations on the item. Each placement is limited to one line of no more than 15 characters, including all letters, spaces, dashes, ampersands (&), punctuation and other symbols. Do not include “Mortuary” or “Funeral Home.” Check the name and spelling before ordering. Embroidery is not included with products or packages sold as unembroidered.

The TITAN PRO S 650 First-Call Package combines the TITAN PRO S 650 mortuary cot with a TITAN Extreme Standard plush cot pouch and a TITAN Pro Standard Slider Transfer Board. The slider board is included at no additional charge.

Included TITAN Extreme plush cot pouch

The TITAN Extreme Standard plush cot pouch is the only pouch style included in this combo. Choose Ironclad Burgundy, Onyx Black, Evergreen or Vanguard Navy. Each package includes the Standard-size, non-embroidered plush pouch, not the economy nylon pouch or a slip-over cover.

The plush pouch has an 18 oz plush-vinyl exterior, MortuaryTuff waterproof liner, full bottom, two full-length #10 zippers, Strap-to-Secure YKK button straps and a document pocket. The liner is waterproof; the complete pouch is not a sealed or leakproof enclosure. Its listed finished size is 20 × 77.5 inches, for standard cot widths of 20–23 inches, including the PRO S 650. Confirm cot fit and strap routing before use.

The cot and pouch have separate published ratings: 600 lb for the cot and 500 lb for the included Standard pouch. Follow the lowest applicable component limit; this is not a claim that the entire package has a 600 lb rating. The black cot cover supplied with the cot remains separate from the selected plush pouch. XL pouches are for oversized cots, not this Standard configuration.

Free TITAN standard slider transfer board

The included TITAN Pro Standard Slider Transfer Board measures 72.25 × 18.25 inches and uses black polyethylene with 14 grip handles. Its smooth surface supports sliding transfers between adequately supported surfaces.

The slider is non-weight-bearing. It is not a lifting board, spine board, stretcher or carrying device. Keep the person supported throughout the transfer and follow the facility procedure.

No. The PRO S 650 is the model name; the published load capacity is 600 lb.

Does the package include both a cover and a pouch?

Yes. The cot supplies its black cover, and the package adds the selected TITAN Extreme Standard plush pouch.
