Product details

The USPE-ETV-23 is a tray-based ventilated embalming table for a coordinated preparation-room installation. Its nominal 23-inch tray format combines a stainless steel frame, roller-supported loading, rinse bars and downdraft exhaust paths. It is specified by written quotation because the tray, station interface, utilities and room layout must be reviewed together.

Quote-only equipment. The tray is sold separately. This is not a self-contained filtered workstation, and its exhaust paths are not a substitute for a designed and commissioned facility ventilation system.

Dimensioned drawings and project review

The technical packet retains the authorized source drawing geometry and callouts, with USPE document branding. 80 1/8-inch length; 32 1/2-inch overall width; 30 15/16-inch and 32 13/16-inch side-view elevations. The end view also carries a 38-inch callout; reconcile reference points in the project approval drawing. Dimensions are in inches. Do not scale the illustration or infer powered height adjustment from the listed height range.

Use the model schedule for selection and the final approved project drawing for fabrication, reference elevations, connections and room fit. Neither a nominal tray width nor a rendering proves compatibility with an existing tray, lift or station.

Match the tray, station and building services

Specify the exact tray outside length, width and underside geometry, roller support spacing, latch engagement and loaded transfer height. The table’s published 500 lb capacity is not a combined tray-and-system certification. Confirm the selected tray’s own rating and the complete loaded assembly before approval.

This configuration requires a matched ventilated embalming station interface. The quote must define the connection location and geometry, exhaust duct size, required airflow and static pressure, electrical supply, rinse-water arrangement and drainage routing. No airflow, exposure-control performance, voltage, sanitation certification or universal connection is represented without a model-specific approved submittal.

Facility applications and coordinated purchasing

For a funeral home or centralized preparation center, coordinate tray loading, operator access, clean and soiled routes, and doorway clearance. For hospital mortuaries and medical examiner facilities, review the workflow with facilities staff and confirm whether the required process calls for an embalming table, an autopsy table or another workstation. For anatomy and teaching facilities, evaluate the intended preparation task separately from dissection, grossing or instructional-table requirements.

Build the project around the equipment’s documented function, not the facility label alone. The USPE facility-planning guide organizes the questions to send with a quotation request.

Compare the other tray width

Need the wider tray format? Compare the USPE 27-Inch Ventilated Embalming Table before setting aisle widths, room access and transfer elevations. The two tables have different outside dimensions; this is not a width-only option on an otherwise identical footprint.

Buyer questions

What is a ventilated embalming table?

It is a preparation table with exhaust paths intended to connect to a matched ventilation arrangement. This model supports a separate tray on rollers and requires the station interface and site exhaust to be specified with the project.

Is the tray included?

No. The tray is sold separately. Request a matched tray and confirm its outside dimensions, roller support, retention and load rating in the quote.

Can this replace an autopsy or anatomy table?

Not on the basis of its name or stainless steel construction. Compare the intended procedure, drainage, ventilation, accessories and facility requirements with the appropriate equipment specification.

Where can I find embalming tables for sale?

Compare the embalming table collection for listed options and use the USPE quote route for this ventilated, tray-based configuration. Price and scope are established in the written quote.
