Is this a Foundation Partners purchasing-system login?
No. It is an independent supplier page operated by American Mortuary Coolers. It does not log into or submit to Foundation Partners' internal systems.
Can one request include refrigeration and handling equipment?
Yes. Add coolers, lifts, racks, cots or another priced catalog item. Include interface details so the supplier review can address compatibility rather than assume it.
Can I build a quote without an assigned PO number?
Yes. Quote mode does not require a PO number. Requisition, location ID and project fields are optional until assigned by your team.
What vendor number should I use?
Use the vendor record confirmed by your purchasing team. If AMC needs to be set up as a supplier first, ask us for the required documents before issuing the PO.
What does PO draft mode do?
It prepares an itemized customer document with website equipment prices and your buyer, delivery and reference details. It is not an issued corporate approval or an accepted supplier order.
