The 12 body triple-door mortuary cooler is an insulated box built from 4″ foamed-in-place urethane panels that lock together with cam-action fasteners, holding 34–40°F for body storage. Three 36″ doors open onto three bays, and each bay holds a four-tier end-loading rack, so all 12 positions are reached from the front without walking into the box. The three racks are included in the price.

Refrigeration included
The base price includes a standard two-piece refrigeration system sized for this box, so you are not shopping for a condensing unit and evaporator separately.
Racks included
Three four-tier end-loading racks come with the cooler, one behind each door. Each rack holds four bodies on separate tiers for a total of 12.

Door hinge selections are confirmed with you before production. A standard two-piece refrigeration system is included in the price.

Door hardware and refrigeration
- Door handles. Each of the three doors has its own handle.
- Magnetic gasketed door seal. The insulated door closes against a magnetic gasket that seals the whole door edge, which keeps cold air in and holds 34–40°F after the door is opened. Clean and inspect the gasket weekly with mild soap and water.
- Energy-compliant refrigeration. The included two-piece refrigeration system (condensing unit and evaporator) uses A2L refrigerant and meets current DOE/EPA efficiency rules. It is sized for this box in a conditioned room.

Required Air Clearance & Owner Maintenance, Policy VC-1.1
Standard on all AMC drop-in refrigeration systems.
- 1″–1.5″ minimum air gap around the entire cabinet: all sides and rear, maintained permanently.
- 16″ minimum unobstructed clearance above and around the compressor / condensing unit for airflow, heat rejection, and service access.
- No shelving, cabinetry, soffits, dropped ceilings, boxed enclosures, adjacent equipment, or stored goods may encroach on either envelope.
Owner Maintenance Responsibility
The customer is responsible for ongoing maintenance of the compressor and refrigeration system, including annual professional service as needed, coil cleaning, drain-line clearing, gasket inspection, and verification of refrigerant charge and temperature performance. Routine maintenance, consumables and labor are not warranty items.
Failure to provide clearance voids any and all warranty.
Published exterior dimensions do not include required clearance, add it when planning your space.

A minimum 1″ to 1.5″ air gap around the entire cabinet, plus 16″ of unobstructed clearance above the compressor.
