Embroidery terms, where offered
Where embroidery is offered and selected, personalization includes the name only, embroidered in two locations on the item. Each placement is limited to one line of no more than 15 characters, including all letters, spaces, dashes, ampersands (&), punctuation and other symbols. Do not include “Mortuary” or “Funeral Home.” Check the name and spelling before ordering. Embroidery is not included with products or packages sold as unembroidered.
Included slider: $124.95 value, $0 charge. Standard board supplied automatically, one per package. Individual component value: $1311.49; package price: $1186.54. The comparison is the current separate-item total, not a former package price. No code or extra board purchase is needed.

The selling price is the sum of the current single-cot and non-embroidered plush-pouch prices. The slider adds no charge. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Side rails, extension handles, vehicle fasteners and XL accessories are not included.

Selectable TITAN Extreme plush pouch
Choose Ironclad Burgundy, Onyx Black, Evergreen, Vanguard Navy or Armor Pewter. The included pouch is the Standard-size TITAN Extreme plush style, not the economy nylon pouch, an XL pouch or a slip-over cover. Each has an 18 oz plush-vinyl exterior, MortuaryTuff waterproof inner liner, full bottom, dual full-length #10 zippers, Strap-to-Secure YKK button straps and a document pocket. The listed size is 20 × 77.5 inches for standard cots 20–23 inches wide. Both the 500E cot and included Standard pouch have published 500 lb ratings. A waterproof liner does not make the whole pouch a sealed or leakproof containment system.

Free Standard slider board
The TITAN Standard slider transfer board measures 72.25 × 18.25 inches and has 14 grip handles. It is non-weight-bearing: use only for supported sliding transfers. Never lift, suspend or bridge an unsupported gap with the board.
Configuration and care
Confirm the cot, pouch, vehicle and transfer arrangement before service. Follow each component’s operating and cleaning instructions. The cot’s written warranty policy does not create additional coverage for separately supplied textiles or transfer accessories.
