The side rail attachment fits the following TITAN mortuary cots:

• TITAN 500E — direct fit
• TITAN 500T — direct fit
• TITAN PRO S 650 — direct fit
• TITAN PRO XL — direct fit
• TITAN 1200XL — requires a frame-top modification (not a direct bolt-on)

On the four direct-fit cots, you can add the side rails right on the cot’s product page — choose Yes under the Side Rails option to include them. The TITAN 1200XL needs a frame-top modification, so side rails are not offered as a checkout add-on on that model — contact us to arrange the modification before ordering.
