A cadaver carrier (USP-6000-A-NA-T) with an in-line nylon roller deck, so a loaded body tray slides on and off between cooler racks, autopsy tables and transfer stations with less lifting.

Built to last
Durability is the point of this carrier. The frame is all-welded 16-gauge 304 stainless steel fabricated from 1.5" square tubing for rigidity under repeated loading. The roller system uses maintenance-free corrosion-proof nylon rollers, no lubrication, no seized bearings, no downtime. Four heavy-duty 8" casters carry the load and lock down solid for a stable working surface. 304 stainless construction handles repeated cleaning, disinfection, and high-temperature wash-down without pitting or hardware corrosion.

Configurations
The carrier and frame are identical across every option, only the stainless tray width changes. Choose 23", 27", or 30" tray, or order Chassis Only (no tray) to pair with an existing tray. Need a non-standard width or caster package? Custom configurations are quoted on request.
Frequently asked questions
Is the tray included?
Yes. A stainless steel body tray with a drain hole and stopper plug is included with the 23", 27", and 30" variants. The carrier and frame are identical across those options, only the tray width changes. Order the Chassis Only variant if you need the carrier without a tray.
Can I order a custom tray size?
Yes. Beyond the standard 23", 27", and 30" widths, custom tray sizes and caster packages are available. Send your specifications with your RFQ for a quote.
How do the casters lock?
Four heavy-duty 8" braking casters: three total-lock and one directional lock for stable positioning and controlled movement.
What sinks does it work with?
It is designed to work alongside U.S. Pathology autopsy sinks and the broader U.S. Pathology Equipment autopsy-room line.
Full custom models and finishes
Every U.S. Pathology Equipment model can be built to your specification. Common changes include length, width and working height, load capacity, left or right hand orientation, sinks, plumbing and ventilation, and drawer or door layouts. Custom powder-coat finishes are available on frames, bases, cabinets and exterior panels to match your facility colors, alongside Type 304 stainless steel work surfaces. You approve a shop drawing before fabrication starts.
