Custom hospital laboratory casework: what should I provide?
Send the unit model and quantity, required width/depth/height, installation location, cabinet material, color tier and code, hardware and top profile. For sink or acid-storage projects, identify service interfaces and chemicals for compatibility review. Project requests do not establish chemical-storage, ADA, cleanroom or other certification.
Are these PDFs model-specific manuals or approved drawings?
No. These are selection and planning guides. Request the exact-model manual, installation information, dimensional drawing and approval status for the quoted configuration; a reference image or general care guide is not a released manufacturing drawing or engineering sign-off.

USPE / USPE Vet · Casework RFQ & PO
Hospital laboratory casework, planned around the room.
Coordinate hospital laboratory cabinets for clinical workrooms, support storage and departmental renovations. Start with the pictured base, wall, corner and sink configurations; keep cabinet storage separate from procedure equipment and clinical workflow approval.

Clinical workroom cabinet schedules
Identify the team, intended stored items, access needs and room constraints before selecting a drawer bank, solid-door cabinet or glass-front wall cabinet. Use model references and quantities rather than a generic cabinet allowance.
New hospital construction or existing-facility work
For new construction, coordinate wall support, utilities and adjacent equipment before freezing the schedule. For an existing facility, record measured openings, operating-room restrictions and access conditions that may affect installation.
Procurement and documented quality
Request the cabinet material, hardware codes and finish-chip approval on the quote. If purchasing requires accessibility dimensions, chemical-resistance evidence or domestic-origin documentation, list those requirements rather than assuming every configuration meets them.
Cabinet configurations and material choices
Compare base cabinets, wall-mounted cabinets, sink configurations and corner cabinets by the exact listed model. Stainless steel is standard; request 18-gauge powder-coated steel or 18-gauge powder-coated steel with a named USPE finish tier and color. Hinge and pull selections carry their own option codes for a clearer quote.

Specialty & fume hood base cabinet options
USPE also offers flammable storage, acid/corrosive storage, vacuum pump cabinets and equipment cabinet options by project quotation. These are inquiry options, not separate online products.
Identify chemicals, equipment, quantities, containment, service access and ventilation needs in your RFQ. The applicable model, material compatibility, listings and local-code requirements must be confirmed in writing. A standard cabinet is not represented as rated flammable or corrosive storage.
Specification guides and purchasing
Submit the model schedule, facility, project type, role and preferred contact channel. The written quote confirms offered specifications, compatibility, pricing, scheduling and shipping. No online order is placed by building a package.
USPE offers stainless steel worksurfaces only. Epoxy resin, phenolic resin and other countertop materials are not included in our current offering. Worksurface coordination is a secondary project item.
Standard sizes or a complete casework package
Choose a listed standard cabinet size, select stainless steel or powder-coated steel, then add your options and quantities. For a complete room, build a quote-only package and send your drawings for USPE to review and prepare project CAD.
Common features and configuration requests
Ask about ADA-height configurations, adjustable shelves, removable backs or bottoms, and solid hinged doors on units with doors. Availability is model-specific. Confirm finished height, accessibility clearances, shelf adjustment and removable panel/door construction in the written specification; no blanket ADA compliance is implied.
Send your package and drawing URL or email drawings to the quote team. Include your facility name so drawings can be matched to your request.
Casework applications
Plan USPE cabinet storage for pharmaceutical laboratories, vivarium support rooms, pathology departments, cannabis laboratories, test labs and cleanroom-related projects. Coordinate cabinet sizes, materials and options with the intended room use, stored items, cleaning protocols and facility requirements.
Include any process-specific, chemical-storage, biosafety or environmental requirements in the RFQ. The offered configuration is reviewed for the project; these application terms do not establish regulatory approval or certification.
