Compare solid-door, glass-front, drawer and open-storage configurations by their listed model. Request flat or sloping cabinet tops, casters and stainless steel upper-compartment shelves where applicable; keep cabinet top profiles separate from the stainless-only worksurface discussion.
Welding, finish and cleanability requirements
For a project-specific build, specify heliarc welding, exposed welds ground smooth, and exposed stainless surfaces free of pit marks, weld seams and scale with a satin-polished finish. Confirm the actual model specification and cleaning-agent compatibility in the quote; these are not universal manufacturing or contamination-control guarantees.
