Organize compact veterinary wet-work around a dedicated basin and adjoining draining platform. This original USPE Vet dissecting-sink concept supports project planning for necropsy suites, animal-science laboratories and pet pathology facilities where the sink must fit the room rather than dictate it.

Base standard configuration

The base planning configuration uses an open-leg stainless support, lower shelf, basin, removable draining platform, faucet and leveling feet. The red spray assembly, scale bracket and tray shown are accessory requests. Wall mounting and a concealed base are alternate engineered configurations, not included upgrades.

Compact wet-work layout

The basin and removable platform separate rinsing from short-term draining. Confirm the intended specimen workflow, basin dimensions and accessible work height.

Drain and utility access

Review removable strainer, overflow, waste-valve access and under-sink service clearance. Factory plumbing, if requested, must be defined in the accepted scope.

Red washdown option

A red hose is the USPE visual standard for this optional washdown request. Hose length, backflow protection, chemical compatibility and water controls require confirmation.

Base and accessories

Start with the open-leg configuration, then request wall mounting, a concealed base, scale support, eyewash or waste-disposal review as needed.

Specification and utility review

Water

Mixing faucet, isolation and backflow protection to be approved; no pressure or flow rating established.

Waste

Proposed removable strainer and overflow; final waste size, valve and trap remain open.

Is this a wall-mounted sink?

The illustrated base configuration stands on legs. Wall mounting is a separate request requiring review of wall structure, support brackets and utility access.

Does the sink include an aspirator or disposer?

Neither is automatically included. Select the relevant request so the proposal can identify the exact component, plumbing, controls and installation requirements.

Can a mobile table latch to the sink?

A cart interface can be requested, but no universal fit or existing-cart compatibility is established. Supply cart dimensions and connection details for review.

Can the sink be sized for an existing room?

Submit room dimensions, utility positions, working-height needs and access constraints. Customization is subject to review rather than a promise that every change is feasible.
