In no way, shape, or form is this a contractual agreement to provide or render services until a design agreement is reached and a non-refundable design fee of $1,500–$2,500 is received. This fee will be fully applied to your order. We allow up to three (3) design changes depending on the scenario.

Any drawings, CAD files, or information provided before, during, or after the consultation remain the sole property of American Mortuary Coolers. We take pride in our work and do not release our files for private use under any circumstance.

We are not responsible for any local or state permitting that may be required for your project. All final designs must, at your discretion, be reviewed, approved, and/or stamped by the appropriate licensed parties.

Please do not email us directly regarding design changes or requests. It is important that you use this form exclusively for the initial consultation intake.
